What pests are covered by the On-Demand Pest Control program?
Azure Sky Realty's current Pest Assurance Plus coverage includes treatment for active infestations involving cockroaches, bed bugs, fleas, ticks, weevils, and mites. Residents may submit covered claims directly through Pest Share, subject to program terms and claim limits. Some pests, including many ant infestations, are not automatically covered but may be eligible for treatment at the resident's expense.

Ant infestations are not automatically covered under the current Pest Assurance Plus plan. However, residents may still be able to obtain treatment through Pest Share at discounted rates or through participating service providers. Coverage and treatment options are subject to program terms and provider availability.

How do I request pest control service?
Residents must contact Pest Share directly to request pest control service. Pest Share will review the request and determine whether the pest issue qualifies for covered treatment under the program. Some pests or treatment situations may not be covered and may be available at the resident’s expense.
