Because changes to lease occupants affect legal rights and responsibilities under the lease agreement, all requests require review and approval before any changes become effective.
Before You Begin
Before submitting your request, please keep the following in mind:
✔ Occupancy changes often require multiple approvals, documents, and signatures and may take one to two weeks or longer to complete.
✔ The lease account must be in good standing before most requests can be approved.
✔ Submission of this request does not guarantee approval.
✔ Applicable administrative fees, application fees, or other charges may apply.
✔ New occupants may not move into the property until all required approvals have been obtained and the necessary documents have been fully executed.
How the Process Works
1. Submit Your Request
Complete the form below and provide as much information as possible regarding the requested change.
2. Application & Review
If a new resident will be added to the lease, they may be required to complete an application and satisfy the property's qualification requirements.
3. Documentation & Signatures
Azure Sky Realty will prepare any required documents and coordinate signatures with the appropriate parties.
4. Final Approval
The requested change becomes effective only after all requirements have been satisfied, all documents have been fully executed, and the effective date has arrived.
Important Reminder
Please do not make moving arrangements, disconnect utilities, allow someone to move into the property, or assume a lease change has been approved until you have received confirmation from Azure Sky Realty.
